The small COMPACT 3 Cartoning Machine has a footprint of only 1m². The main application areas are the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food industries.
With the specially developed and patented size star "STELLA 6" the COMPACT 3 has become one of the world's most flexible Cartoning Machines. Contract packers who have to continually handle different box sizes need a convertible cartoner with short change over time and with small space requirements - these features are found with the COMPACT 3.
Each COMPACT 3 is individually manufactured and configured to the customer's specific requirements. Several configuration options and different box closing types are available. At each adjustment position the machine features quick locking levers and accurate read scales for repeated adjustments. In this way the size change over time is reduced to a minimum. The COMPACT 3 is mechanically driven in combination with a mechanical overload clutch. The machine control is made by a plc. The COMPACT 3 offers 1 manual filling station.
